The Founders

On The Rocks was started in the summer of 1979 by Co-Founders Dakota Rose and Christopher (See ‘A Brief History of the Company). Dakota and Christopher hold degrees from New York University’s Tisch School after studying in both the Technical Production and Playwrights Horizon’s Theatre Schools. Their passion for both scotch and theatre make them ideal business partners and excellent conversationalists.
